I don't think so. At the time those were printed, they were for a limited number of items and when they ran out, they ran out. You might want to wander over to Mimi's Grotto (her website) and see if there is anything there about re-prints being available. That's your best bet in terms of getting the official word on such things - I'm just another fan like you.
Personally I am hoping that as her career grows, a publisher would pick up As-If as well as the Specials and print a trade paperback book of all of them. I know that I'd buy at least a few copies!
A centimeter can make a huge difference. One cm difference here and I would've been paralyzed, another there and I could've died. But I'm here and I'm determined to recover and to enjoy the life that I've been given a second chance at.
