Panel 3 shows that our young terror will be quite the heartbreaker (probably after she rips it still beating out of the chest?) when she reaches her majority.

Well I have to say this is the first As If strip/comic that I would have to consider sub par. I have really loved all the others and consider them exceptional. I think my dislike is due to this one centering on Rosie. I really detest that little creature, and not from a good "I want to see her get hers later on" detest but a "dear God it's another Rosie appearance" detest. I don't think she has any redeeming qualities other than the rants that Jawa King goes on about her being a dark mistress and those are not cannon.

First off... congrats to Clang for his repeated guest appearances in recent strips, even if only as sound effects.

Hmmm... Not as intelligent a choice as I would have expected from Hunter. Even if she were to win the match, and I am not so sure Hunter is going to, it may well prove a pyrrhic victory at best. Afterall, laying some smackdown on her personal whipping boy Peter is one thing, going toe to toe with the wee cub is gonna be hard to justify to any adult should this ever come to light, regardless of who agreed to what in the first place.

Of course, such concerns may well prove a moot point as my gold is on Rosie for a swift upset. While Hunter certainly has mass and muscle over our devilish darling, I can't help but wonder if she is really prepared for this. Yes, she thrashes Peter regularly, but as the oft quoted dojo phrase goes: "Brick does not hit back." She has underestimated Rosie before and suffered the killer pinch for it, now just imagine what Rosie is gonna do hopped up on Cocoa Puffs.. or whatever it was in the bowl.

Just a word of advice for Hunter. You must channel your inner Hulk Hogan. Remeber three punches a big boot to the face and then the Leg Drop. Oh yeah and say Brother a lot even if there aren't any males in this storyline so far it will help with that channeling stuff.

For those who've been asking, this story is a simple throwaway I did for the aborted book. Not really meant to be a masterpiece, I wrote it VERY quickly as a last-minute bonus, so don't take it too seriously.
It's certainly not as important to As If!'s story as the Date Special.
It's not really canon, but probably took place sometime prior to the Peanut Butter Affair, when indeed, Rosie finally went too far.
