Jet Wolf's Top 100
Most Memorable Sailor Moon Moments

Yes, I can hardly believe it myself, but I have finally updated my Top 100! The thought of it is almost as unimaginable as the amount feedback I got on this list. I don't know why, but it seems as though you guys loved this! Honestly, I don't know if it's just the basic idea or the way I carried it out or what, but I loved hearing from all of you on this. Now that it's been changed, feel free to once again let me know what you do and don't agree with.

So, what's different? Well, when I made my last list, I had seen only a handful of the SMS episodes. But now I have finally seen the entire series, and it's reflected here. A lot has changed ... but several things are indeed still the same (and by that, I mean pretty much completely the same -- no new pictures, little or no changed text. Sorry if that makes it more boring, but in most cases, I really couldn't think of any way to improve or expand upon what I had already said, so I figured it was best to leave well enough alone).

Those of you who know the old Top 100 pretty well, you might notice that the addition of these new Moments doesn't really seem kosher with the distribution among the old ones. What I mean is say, for example, that I have a new Moment that I rank at 35. Now, logically speaking, you would expect that Moments 36 through to 100 would be in the same order as they were before. But I hardly ever do things logically and this is no exception.

This is list does indeed reflect my very base opinions on Sailor Moon -- I love Rei and I dislike Darien, you won't change those. But some of the other opinions I have on the Moments fluctuate in accordance with my moods. This is refelected in this new list. Some Moments, I completely got rid of, for no other rhyme or reason than the fact that, within these last 24 hours, I didn't feel as strongly about it as I did before. So don't think about stuff like that too hard, you'll just give yourself a headache. I could do this again in a week and it would look just a little bit different, it all depends on my moods (and even I wouldn't try to figure those out).

Finally, I've also kept the text file of the original Top 100 Moments around, just in case you feel like going back and comparing, or if you're new and would like to see what I had before. Ah yes! And I'm also removing the "Your Own Top 10" list. It was an excellent idea, and I still thank Psyber Raven for it, but I really just don't have the time to do all I'd like to with it. Hopefully no one is too terribly disappointed by that.

As with before, I hope you enjoy browsing through my Top 100 Moments. That about does it for new text. If you've been here before, all that follows is some of the same old disclaimer stuff ....

It would probably be a good idea to note that these were done based only upon the episodes that I've seen (as it can't be memorable otherwise), which consist of:
Please note those episode numbers. If there is something mentioned here that you haven't yet seen and do not want to be spoiled, then don't go look. I've been unintentionally spoiled before and I absolutely detest that. I would hate to think that I've ruined something for someone. View at your own discretion.

Finally, before you immerse yourself into examples of why I love this show of ours so much, I want to remind everyone that these are purely MY opinions. There are some characters that I like, and there are some characters that I don't; some scenes I like and some that I don't. If these conflict with your own beliefs and you get upset by that, then I apologize. If you'd like to intelligently and coherantly send me mail expressing your feelings, then I invite you to with open arms -- I love a good debate, after all. But if you just want to yell at me for my treatment or neglection of something, then I urge you not to waste your time. You can hardly make me "see the light" if you're cursing my unborn children, ne?

The list itself specifies which type of episode I'm talking about (as there are some differences, of course). As you could probably figure out, [JP] stands for the original Japanese episodes and [NA] stands for the North American DiC ones.
